I’ve released so much ‘stuff’ from the past

‘I was recommend to see Heidi after she had worked with a trusted friend of mine. I had been furloughed for the majority of the year and found myself dwelling on things that had happened in the past . I was going to a dark place in my head, feeling anxious, low and filled with self-doubt.
