Here’s a gentle and empowering EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping script to help you release stress, restore clarity, and reconnect with inner strength.
This is a guide but use your words and feelings
Set up, tapping on the Karate Chop Point
Even though I feel completely overwhelmed with everything on my plate,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I’m trying to do it all and it feels like too much,
I honour how I feel.
Even though I feel the pressure to keep it all together,
I give myself permission to slow down and breathe.

So much to do… and not enough time
Side of Eye
I feel like I’m carrying the weight of the world
Under Eye
It’s exhausting trying to keep up with everything
Under Nose
And still, I keep pushing myself
Chin
What if I could pause… just for a moment?

What if I didn’t have to carry it all alone?

I feel stressed, stretched thin, and tired

And I’m ready to release some of this pressure

I am human, and I’m allowed to rest

It’s safe for me to let go of perfection

THIRD ROUND – Reclaiming Calm and Strength

I am capable and strong, even when I pause

Clarity comes when I create space.

I don’t have to prove myself through exhaustion or people pleasing

I choose to honour my limits

I am enough, just as I am

I trust myself to prioritise what truly matters

I’m choosing calm, clarity, and ease

I’m ok and I don’t have to do it all at once
Take a deep breath
Let it out slowly
You can repeat this as needed, especially in moments of stress, tight deadlines, or decision fatigue.

THIRD ROUND – Welcoming Calm and Strength

I honour my body and what it needs

Feeling calm is a choice and I choose it now

I feel clear, capable, and connected to myself
Close with a deep breath
Inhale deeply through the nose…
Hold…
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Tune in to your body and notice what you notice and take a sip of water.
Tapping is a wonderful tool to use any time and any where – you can also use the finger points when you are in company and nobody will notice.
